A doctorally prepared nurse executive, Danielle is recognized for building high-performing teams, driving organizational innovation, and advancing patient-centered care. Prior to becoming CEO, she served as Chief Nurse Executive and has held leadership roles across both private and public healthcare systems. Danielle is also President-Elect of the Association of California Nurse Leaders (ACNL) and is passionate about nursing leadership development, workforce advancement, advocacy, and improving healthcare outcomes for vulnerable populations.
